Between almost 3 hours of steep walking, rocks, roots and simple climbing through Carrasqueira or Garganta do Céu, we reach the top of the largest seaside monolith in the world. It is 842 meters above sea level that makes us taller than Christ the Redeemer himself, also in Tijuca National Park.

Sunscreen and repellent
Best running or trail shoes (never all star or similar models)
1 big backpack that fits your things and one more seat (safety equipment)
2 liters of water per person
1 hydrotonic / isotonic (Gatorade) ... never energetic (red bull)
2 sandwiches
2 fruits
